Chris has been a personal trainer for over 13 years. Since retiring from the army, he has worked with a variety of clientele from preteen athletes to senior citizens who want to be as mobile as possible. His motto is to “do what you can, not what you want” and believes that nothing is impossible as long as you want to make it a reality.
