Push Yourself

Boot Camp workouts are efficient because they incorporate the entire body by going from exercise to exercise with no rest. These exercises include calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches, and other body weight exercises. The difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limits. You work, sweat, and burn calories like crazy!

About Our Instructor

Chris Garmon has been a personal trainer for over 15 years and worked with all manner of clients from preteens to senior citizens and everything in between. He knows how to work you to your individual limit in a safe yet effective manner.

To add the extra touch of realism to the Boot Camp experience, he was also a Sargent and Recruiter for the United States Army!
